HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
For UK orders we offer a flat rate of £8.00 and free shipping for all orders over £150, as well as an Express UK Courier service for £15.00. For International Orders we offer a flat Rate of £15 and Free Worldwide Shipping for all orders over £200.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If your item is in stock, orders placed before 6pm will be dispatched the next working day.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
As we start processing orders immediately after they are placed, we are not able to make any changes or cancel orders.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ITEM?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order. All orders within the UK are shipped via Priority Post and take 3-5 business days to arrive. If you select our Express Courier service, your order will be shipped with our preferred courier company and will take 1-2 business days to arrive.
All orders outside of the UK are shipped via our International Courier and take 7-14 business days to arrive. Once your order arrives in your country, it will be handed to your local postal service and you will be able to track your order in more detail with them.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS & DUTIES?
Yes, all international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Daughter of a Bohemian Limited is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Yes, although we provide as much information about our products as we can to ensure that your garment is as beautiful in reality as it is shown on screen, we understand that given the nature of shopping vintage up cycled clothing online that you may not always be satisfied with you purchase. We are happy to offer a full refund within 7 days of you receiving your item. Provided that:
All of the item Tags are still attached.
The item is in the same condition that it was received in.

Returns will be at your own cost and please provide a tracking number and your item will need proof of delivery before a refund can be issued.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM?
Please email us ASAP with your Order details and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For a faulty item, we request that you please also include a photo of the fault.
